How to Access your Bricsys Customer Account?
In this post we explains how you can access your customer account on www.bricsys.com . Your customer account in Bricsys.com allows you to view your license and perform many management tasks on them.
You can check where your licenses have been activated, and also to revoke the licenses, if required. Please note that you cannot deactivate your Bricsys licenses from here. That is done only from your installed software computer.
- You can access your customer account on the Bricsys.com website. Click on the “Log in” item near the top right hand side.
- Enter your registered email id to login. This is the email id what you provided at the time of ordering BricsCAD. If you know your email id and password, just enter the same and login normally.
- If you have forgotten your password or not yet registered (first time user), click on the link which says “Register using”:
- Registering your account is simple. Just enter your email id and get an account confirmation and password reset link on your email, and complete the registration process.
- Once you log in, click on “Licenses and support contracts”
- You will see your licenses similar to the screen you see below
- Now, you can get various information about your licenses, like activation details, host id of the computer etc. To access this information, click on the pencil icon next to the license key.
- By clicking in the X button in the license record, you can revoke the activation. Next to it, there is also an option to download the license file.
